For beginners, and fun for all. This three-week program starts with the basics of self-defense; how to throw elbows, knees and low kicks, and how to throw effective punches including jab, cross, hook and uppercut. Develop strong legs and springy movement though stance and footwork drills. Learn to generate power through correct alignment. Drills include strikes to focus mitts and kicks to bags and striking shields. With repetition of easy to learn, slow movement you will soon be striking with speed and commitment. Improve functional fitness and develop core muscle strength through boot camp conditioning with body weight movement. Get in great shape and learn very empowering skills. It’s fun!
