Chinese New Year Celebration

Come celebrate Chinese New Year as we enter the Year of the Dragon! One With Heart will be hosting an Open House. There will be free Cun Tao classes for our adults and so much more!

Class starts at 6:30pm with Cun Tao
Cun Tao, Indonesian Martial Arts, will teach you comprehensive self-defense techniques. Learn defenses to open handed and weapon attacks.

Cun Tao is a 6 month self-defense program developed by Indonesian Master Teacher, Mas Goeroe Agoeng Willy Wetzel. Enroll during January and it's only $69 a month for 6 months.

Activities after the class include:
Raffle! - Prizes include 6 month Cun Tao program, awesome shirts, and delicious supplements!
Q & A session
Product sampling
Meet & Greet with different OWH instructors
