Strike Back! The Weekend Self-Defense Course For Women

Gain a new sense of freedom, confidence, and peace of mind!

Strike Back is the best self-defense course you will find anywhere.  This empowering weekend experience brings women together in a supportive atmosphere where participants encourage and inspire one another. The two day format builds confidence through practice and repetition. You respond calmly and effectively to real-life situations.

Experienced, caring women instructors teach skills, step-by-step, in gradual increments.
You learn to respond verbally and physically to threatening behavior. You gain information about preventing sexual assault, learn to set strong boundaries, and practice self-defense strategies with a highly trained padded attacker.

The male padded attackers are all martial artists with a minimum of 3 years continuous training and over 200 hours specific training for the Strike Back course.

Strike Back was developed by Janesa Kruse, a 5th degree black belt with 25 years experience teaching and designing self-defense programs.

This fun, empowering course is designed for women of all ages and abilities. Classes are capped at 18 to ensure individual attention for each participant.
