Employing tried and true callisthenic exercises and addressing the Power, Cardio, Flexibility and Strength components, this class focuses on your discipline and dedication to your fitness. Kettlebell Foundations and Metabolics

What is a kettlebell? A kettlebell is a simply a cannon ball with handle. They come in a range of sizes making them accessible for everyone. Kettlebell training allows for the perfect combination of strength, flexibility, cardio and core training. Most importantly, the dynamic movements develop power, or speed strength, which demands the utility of every muscle in the body almost simultaneously. Mix this in with core strength specific movements and you have a class full of explosion AND contraction.

Kettle Bell Foundations: Focusing on a few fundamental kettle bell maneuvers for form and stacking intense abdominal and core exercises to facilitate explosive strength and tone.
Kettlebell Metabolics:  Will keep your metabolism running full steam with fast paced and fun exercise.
