Kids Program: Focus: Monkey - core, legs and arms Week 4: January 2 - 6


Day 1

Kids Pukulan: 10 min

AMRAP 7 min
5 Push-ups
7 Sit-ups
9 Squats

Run to designated area and back before starting another round

Day 2

Kids Pukulan: 10 min

Game: Hot Lava

Notes: 

Object: to get your team to the other side without touching the lava
Split kids up into teams of 3-5. Depending on how many kids in each group, there needs to be 1 extra item for them. Ie if there are 3 kids, you need 4 items. Every group gets items that they can stand on. Pads, yoga blocks, ect. Kids work together to get their team to the other side. If at any time a kid touches the lava with their feet or hands (unless they are grabbing the item off of the ground) they have to go back to the start.
