Kids Program: Focus: Monkey - core, legs and arms Week 6: January 15 - 20


Day 1

Kids Pukulan: 10 min

Game: Farmers and Lumberjacks

Notes: 

Grab all of the foam rollers in each room. Put them around the room (end facing up) Foam rollers are trees. Farmers want to keep them up, Lumberjacks want to take them down. Split class in half and half are lumberjacks and half are farmers. Perform game 2-4 times. Switching rolls each time. 

**Don't have the lumberjacks taking down the trees and throwing them all over the place. Gently tap them down.

Day 2

Kids Pukulan: 10 min

10-8-6-4-2
A-Frame push-ups
Monkey down and back in between sets

Then if time permits:

2 min Plank Hold (Can break up in sets)

Notes: 

Monkey is Pukulan's monkey. You guys already know how to do it so there is no video for it.
