Kids Program: Focus: Snake - core, pulling and full body Week 8: April 23 - 29


Day 1

Kids Pukulan: 10 min

AMRAP 7 min
Roving Plank
10 Sit-ups
10 Overhead Walking Lunges
30 Seconds Hollow Hold

Notes: 

For roving plank, pick a section for kids to do this in. Have them
go down and back the short length of the room.

OH walking lunges no weight but have their hand up over head. 
Make sure their arms are locked out at the top

Modifications:

Deadbug instead of hollow hold.

Day 2

Kids Pukulan: 10 min

Game: Rocket launcher

Notes:

Kids form and circle around the rocket launcher. Trainer chooses series of exercises to perform and upon
completion. Kids race to center to step on the launcher. Examples of exercises to perform:
10 burpees, 5 good squats, 5 perfect push-ups, flutter kicks,
mountain climbers, 5 burpees then monkey to designated area and back. Be creative!
