Kids Program: Focus: Tiger - full body Week 3: June 18 - 23


Day 1

Kids Pukulan: 10 min

AMRAP 3 min

5 Push-ups

5 Box Jumps

Rest 2 min

AMRAP 3 min

5 Sumo Deadlift 

5 Burpees

Notes: 

No weight with sumo deadlift unless can perform perfect form.

Day 2

Kids Pukulan: 10 min

Game: Musical Medball Chairs

Notes: 

Object: To be the last one hovering in perfect squat position over medball.

How to Play: Get all of the medicine balls out. Just like musical chairs but

kids are going around 2  lines of balls. When the music stops, 

find the closest medball and do your best airsquat over it (without sitting on it)

Whoever doesn't have a ball is out. Take a ball away each round. 

Start round with 1 less ball than students. 

**If there aren't enough balls per student, can do in heats or

also bring out the smaller boxes to act as balls.
