Day 1

Handstand work

Notes: 

Work on progressions:

Find out what foot you lead with

Work on the lunge part and slowly putting hands on ground

Kick up, keeping front leg bent at all times and back leg straight

Toe Taps

Video Demos:

1. What foot to lead with? Stand behind the kid and gently tap the child forward and see what foot steps forward first. That is the foot that will be forward. 

2. Instruction doesn't need to be this much but focus on the big lunge forward and keeping the arms locked out overhead. 

3. For this I want you to teach the kick-up almost like this but have the kids keep the back leg straight and the front leg is always bent. Have them come back down on the bent leg. 

4. Toe Taps (no video): Same thing with the kick up but have the kids try and tap both of their toes together before coming down on bent leg. 

 

Day 2

Kids Pukulan: 10 min

2 Rounds For Time:
30 Second Plank
20 Flutter Kicks
20 Mountain Climbers
20 Jump rope singles

Time Cap 8 min

Modifications:
Plank on hands
