Day 1

Kids Pukulan: 10 min

AMRAP 7 min
5 Squats
10 Push-ups
10 Box Jumps

Notes: 

Modifications:

Box push-up (no knee push-ups)
Step-ups instead of box jumps

Day 2

Kids Pukulan: 10 min

10 minutes to work on Angry Gorilla with weight. (Sets of 5 reps)

Notes: 

Use light dumbbells, medballs or kettlebells and go up in weight if form looks good.
