Day 1

Kids Pukulan: 10 min

AMRAP 6 min
10 Russian Twists
15 Air Squats
20 Mountain Climbers

Notes: 

Instead of weight for Russian twist, tap both hands on ground

*Bent knees instead of straight. Toes still hover off of ground. 

 

Day 2

Kids Pukulan: 10 min

3 Rounds each for time:
2 Turkish Get-ups
10 Push-ups
20 Walking lunges
Rest 1 min in between rounds

Notes:

1 TGU on each arm per round (Without weight)
