I get a great feeling from training, I gain motivated energy that gets me through. The people that I train with are very supportive and very friendly. I was so welcomed by the people here that I decided to continue. Training makes me feel strong and in control of myself as a person. I even see it as a way to help me think through difficult stuff. 



What I like in training is stress relief and the sense of peace. It gives me energy. When I’m riding my bike even on the uphills, wow this is so easy.



When my daughter got interested I signed her up. I saw that she loved it so I joined. The mental challenges, the ideology, the volume of knowledge that’s available and the plain workout the physical kind of control that it demands, and just pushing your body and your mind to do things that you don’t usually think about doing. I wish I could do it everyday.
