This beginning level Shaolin Kung Fu program includes 6 small group classes over a 3 week period. You will practice under the guidance of master teacher David Tircuit.

In this program students learn at their own pace based on ability and inclination. Class format is a combination of stance training, conditioning, beginning and intermediate level forms, and independent practice. 

3 weeks of training (6 sessions) on Monday and Friday evenings (6:30 - 7:30pm)
New sessions starts every three weeks.
