Pukulan Kung Fu


The Intro to Pukulan Kung Fu course focuses on strength and conditioning followed by stance work and striking to pads. These are the foundations of self-defense.

After completing the Intro, students move on to the Beginning Pukulan class and continue their self-defense training which refines and builds upon this foundation. Students train applied self-defense moves practiced in many different scenarios. 

Intro to Pukulan Kung Fu: 3 weeks of training (9 sessions):
Monday/Wednesday (evenings 6:30 - 7:30pm)
AND Saturday (mornings 11:30am - 12:30pm)
Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday (mornings 11:30 am - 12:30pm)

*Our Intro to Pukulan Kung Fu program also includes access to our Muay Thai Kickboxing classes (W/F 11:30am - 12:30pm)

Next Intro Dates: 
January 28 - February 16 (a.m. starts January 29th)
February 19 - March 9 (p.m. starts February 20)
and goes until March 11 due to President’s Day holiday)
March 18 - April 6 (a.m. starts March 19)
April 8 – April 27 (a.m. starts April 9)
April 29 – May 18 (a.m. starts April 30)
June 3 – June 24/25 (a.m. starts June 4 - No class June 22 due to Pukulan camp)
