Kids Program: Focus: Snake - core, pulling and full body Week 11: May 14 - 19

Day 1

Kids Pukulan: 10 min

2 rounds, 45 sec each station (15 sec transition between movements)
1 leg deadlift (w/o weight)
Jumping Lunges

Rest 1 min between rounds


Kids can start at whatever station, just go in order  from there

Bulgarian Split Squats (w/o weight)


Kids should rest at least 60-90 secs in between sets)

Have them work on plank or the bottom of the squat to 

keep them busy in between sets.
