  • Basic physical techniques of self-defense: elbows, knees, punches,plus low kicks standing and from the ground.

  • Target-based self-defense.

  • Positioning yourself for safety.

  • Developing a strong mental mindset.

Mon. and Wed. Evening 6:30pm – 7:30 pm,
Saturday 11am – 12:00pm:

I get a great feeling from training, I gain motivated energy that gets me through. The people that I train with are very supportive and very friendly. Absolutely not! This program is able to take a beginner with no experience at all.

> Do I need to be in shape?
You do NOT need to already be in shape to participate. By the time you are done, you will feel so good, you'll wonder why you didn't try it earlier!

> Is there fighting in this program?
There is no fighting in this program.

> What comes next?
After you complete the program you continue into the basic Kuntao program, where you learn to apply your new skills to a series of grabs, holds and weapons defense.

> What happens if I miss a class?
If you miss a class you can come to the next morning or evening class.
